Aquatic Center Swim Lessons

The Park District of Forest Park is proud to offer American Red Cross Swim Lessons.
The American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim classes provide instruction to help swimmers of all abilities develop their swimming and water safety skills. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience, while teaching aquatic and safety skills in a logical progression. Each of the six levels introduces students to a challenging variety of activities and skills while building on lessons from the previous levels.  Classes are conducted in 40-minute periods, Monday through Friday, for two weeks per session. All new participants will be tested on the first day of the session to assess their skills and will be placed into the proper level based on the results of this test and age. Classes will only be canceled due to inclement weather (lightning) and will be made up the following week.
